So for most of the county it is a SELLERS MARKET!
 
*8%  Of houses sold in the past 90 days were foreclosures and/or bank owned properties. This is a very welcome reduction!
 
*63% of  houses sold in the past 90 days sold for less than $150,000.  This percentage is down meaning ave sale prices are UP!
 
* 22%  Sold for over $200,000 - this is a pleasant increase!
 
*37 % Of all of the houses currently under contract were listed for sale under $100,000.  This is a major turn as it previously was about 50%.  
 
*Average sale prices are definitely climbing!
