*We have a 6 Month inventory overall; 6 months is a balanced market HOWEVER, for homes priced UNDER $225,000 there is less than a 6 month supply and prices are on the increase! It is definitely a SELLER’s market for most of Carbon County!

*10%  Of houses sold in the past 90 days were foreclosures and/or bank owned properties.

*60% of  houses sold in the past 90 days sold for less than $150,000.

* 23%  Sold for over $200,000 - this is a pleasant increase!

*39 % Of all of the houses currently under contract were listed for sale under $100,000.  This is a major turn as it previously was about 50%.  

*Average sale prices are definitely climbing!
